Job Description
We are seeking a proactive and organized individual to join our team as an Administrative Assistant. In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. Key Responsibilities
Provide general administrative and clerical support including mailing, scanning, faxing, and copying.
Maintain electronic and hard copy filing system.
Open, sort, and distribute incoming correspondence.
Perform data entry and scan documents.
Manage calendar for Managing Director.
Assist in resolving any administrative problems.
Prepare and modify documents including correspondence, reports, drafts, memos, and emails.
Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for managers.
Required Skills
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong organizational and planning skills.
