Responsibilities

  • Manage scheduling for a faced past sales professional and regional lead
  • Draft, review and send communications
  • Organize and prepare for meetings, including gathering documents and attending to logistics of meetings
  • Answer and respond to phone calls, communicate messages and information to the producer and regional lead
  • Prioritize emails and respond when necessary
  • Coordinate travel arrangements
  • Maintain various records and documents
  • Update sales pipeline and center of influence pipeline
  • Coordinate activity and sales numbers across NFP Retirement sales reps



Knowledge, Skills, Abilities Required:

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
  • Attention to detail and deadline oriented
  • Self-sufficient and desire to learn
  • Capacity to respond appropriately to clients and escalate issues to management if necessary
  • Ability to apply problem-solving skills to complete tasks
  • Must work well in a team environment with a positive attitude
  • Ability to work in a faced past environment

Preferred Experience:

  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office products
  • Strong working knowledge of Adobe Acrobat and Salesforce
  • Previous executive assistant experience is preferred
