As an Administrative & Operations Executive at Deriv.com, you’ll be responsible for keeping our office running in an efficient, organized way. Your confidence and strong sense of responsibility enables you to complete tasks without prompting. Your skills in time management and strategic planning enables you to manage a high volume of work in a fast-paced environment.

Your challenges

  • Make seamless operations possible by managing vendors, organizing employee inter-office trips, and planning team building events.
  • Manage communication with external departments, as well as with other Deriv Group offices.
  • Create a productive work environment for all employees to accommodate the growth of our team in diversity and size.
  • Come up with resourceful plans to streamline our increasingly complex operations as the company expands

Requirements

  • 5 - 10 years of related experience
  • Diploma or university degree in accounting, business administration, or a related field

  • Extensive experience with Microsoft Office applications

  • Ability to quickly master new systems and procedures

  • Excellent spoken and written English communication skills

What’s good to have

  • Fintech experience and/or procurement, contract, or project management skills are highly valued.
