* Manage and monitor the company’s accounting records, payables, receivables, general ledger, and other financial data
* Prepare annual budgets and financial forecasts
* Process and maintain invoices, bills, payments, and other transactions
* Review client accounts for accuracy and possible discrepancies and issues
* Accept and review credit and loan applications to determine if clients are eligible
* Communicate with clients and answer questions about financial products and services
* Manage account and relationships activities with new and existing clients
* Prepare and maintain digital and physical records of financial documents
* Identify and resolve account issues, queries, and irregularities
* Inspect financial documentation to ensure compliance with state and federal laws and regulations
* Reconcile bank and credit statements regularly
* Analyze financial documentation to provide insights and recommendations for business improvement
* Provide support and guidance during financial audits and tax preparation
* HND or degree in Accounting
* Prior working experience as an Account Officer or in a similar role
* Exceptional communication and customer service
* Ability to work both as a part of a team and independently
* Strong analytical skills

* Time management and organization
