Responsibilities:
1. Client Relationship Management:
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, building and nurturing relationships.
- Understand client needs, preferences, and goals to ensure satisfaction and long-term retention.
2. Account Coordination
- Oversee the delivery of products or services to clients, ensuring timely and quality output.
- Coordinate with internal teams (sales, creative, finance) to meet client expectations and manage deliverables.
3. Sales and Revenue Growth
- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products/services to existing clients.
- Assist in achieving sales targets by closing deals and generating revenue through new and repeat business.
4. Reporting and Analysis
- Prepare regular reports on account activity, revenue, and client satisfaction.
- Analyze client accounts to provide insights and recommendations for improvement.
5. Problem Resolution
- Address client issues or complaints promptly and effectively to maintain strong relationships.
- Collaborate with relevant departments to find solutions to any problems that may arise.
Requirements
1. Educational Background
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
2. Experience
- Previous experience in client management, sales, or account handling roles is typically required.
3. Communication Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact professionally with clients and internal teams.
4. **Organizational Skills**:
- Strong time management and multitasking abilities to handle multiple client accounts and deadlines.
