Accountant Responsibilities:
- Manage and report the financial data of the organization.
- Prepare financial statements, including balance sheets and profit and loss statements.
- Examine and analyze accounts to ensure accuracy.
- Ensure compliance with financial reporting standards and procedures.
- Conduct financial audits and reconcile bank statements.
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to management.
- Handle tax reporting and filing.
- Assist with budgeting and financial planning.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Professional certification (CPA) is required for Auditors who will be Working from Home and Onsite and Accountants who will be Working from Home.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in accounting/auditing software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
