JOB DESCRIPTION
Main tasks and responsibilities:
- Manage and expand relationships with existing small and medium providers and proactively identify new business opportunities while ensuring strong operational KPIs.
- Ensure all campaign processes are in place at a city level and proactively improve overall monthly campaign performance.
- Reply to client queries and solve their challenges.
- Creating account plans to grow volumes from existing clients.
- Be both data-sensitive and sales-minded when preparing monthly reports for our accounts.
- Work with both Partners’ Operations and Sales Managers to ensure that every provider in a portfolio that goes online in the platform meets our quality standards.
About you:
- You have at least 1 year of experience in Account Management, Consulting, Business Development, or a related field.
- You're proficient in Ukranian and English and can build professional relationships with business partners using your listening, negotiation and persuasion skills.
- You’ve demonstrated your ability to meet critical metrics and revenue goals while ensuring successful client results.
- You have a data-driven, analytical mindset and can efficiently leverage diverse tools to tackle complex challenges.
- You’re interested in new technologies and food tech and feel comfortable managing multiple projects and processes simultaneously while communicating effectively with multiple stakeholders.
- Your hands-on work demonstrates a high level of initiative in actively seeking solutions to challenges and a strong sense of ownership.
