JOB DESCRIPTION
Job Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate financial records and prepare reports.
- Handle accounts payable, receivable, and bank reconciliations.
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations and financial policies.
- Manage inventory costing and supplier payments.
- Utilize accounting software (QuickBooks, Tally, Sage, etc.).
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree / HND in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in accounting (experience in pharmacy/healthcare is a plus).
- Proficiency in financial reporting and bookkeeping.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of tax regulations and compliance in Ghana.
