JOB DESCRIPTION
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- School Acquisitions
- Enrol schools on our platform (schools that have shared data for setup).
- Conduct school visits in the field and pitch our product to schools.
- Maintain a school pipeline showing schools visited, converted, enrolled, and onboarded.
- Onboarding and Customer Support
- Manage the onboarding cycle, ensuring all schools' data is properly entered into the system and they are ready to transact.
- Track and follow up on data uploads for all enrolled schools.
- System Training of Users
- Train users in each school once they are onboarded and set up.
- Ensure all enrolled schools are trained fully and actively using the system.
- Provide training manuals to school users and conduct constant follow-ups until users are fully trained.
- Support, Usage, and Retention
- Act as the first customer touchpoint for system-related support issues, escalating major problems to the supervisor.
- Ensure schools actively use the system post-onboarding.
- Retain schools on the platform with minimal attrition.
- Tracking and Reporting on Product KPIs
- Track and report on key KPIs weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annually.
- Business Development
- Identify opportunities for product growth and partnerships.
- Make presentations to potential partners and follow through to sign them up.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in the education sector ERP digital systems or hands-on experience in relationship management.
- Strong business knowledge, with exposure to banking, payments, school fees banking, and other school-related structures.
- Excellent planning skills and goal orientation.
- High personal standards and attention to detail.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and oral.
- Strong public speaking and presentation skills.
- Ability to work under high stress with short-term targets and objectives.
