Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the coordination and management of client accounts, ensuring all deliverables are met on time and to the client’s satisfaction.
  • Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates, gather feedback, and address inquiries.
  • Prepare and organize reports, presentations, and account-related documentation.
  • Coordinate internal teams to ensure that client needs are met and deadlines are adhered to.
  • Manage scheduling and timelines to ensure that projects are completed as planned.
  • Address and resolve any client issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Help track budgets, invoices, and account expenses.

Qualifications:

  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Previous experience in a customer service or account management role is a plus.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
