Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate Leads: Identify and cultivate potential clients through networking, cold calling, referrals, and industry events

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Needs Assessment: Analyse customer requirements to recommend appropriate AC products and solutions that meet their specifications and budget.
  • Proposal Development: Prepare and present quotes, proposals, and contracts tailored to customer needs, including any financing options or incentive programs.
  • Product Knowledge: Maintain an in-depth understanding of the AC product range, including heating, cooling, ventilation, and air quality solutions, and stay updated on industry trends.
  • Sales Goals: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPI objectives.
  • Market Research: Identify trends, competitor activities, and new opportunities within the AC industry to inform sales strategies.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with installation, service, and support teams to ensure seamless customer service m sale through installation.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in AC sales or a related field, with a strong track record of meeting sales targets.
  • Knowledge of AC systems, products, and industry best practices.

  • Familiarity with CRM software and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
