In this role, you will:

  • Strategic Business Planning & Execution: Develop and execute comprehensive business plans aligned with IDP's overall strategy to achieve pipeline lead generation and conversion targets.
     
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective students, parents, and other key stakeholders, ensuring a positive and supportive experience throughout their journey.
     
  • Lead Generation & Conversion: Implement effective strategies and initiatives to generate high-quality leads and optimize the conversion process, contributing directly to revenue growth.
     
  • World-Class Operating Environment: Foster a productive, efficient, and positive office environment that reflects IDP's global standards and values.
     
  • Global Project Implementation: Actively participate in the implementation of global projects, providing valuable local insights and ensuring successful adoption.
     
  • Performance-Driven Culture: Lead and inspire the office team by providing effective mentoring, coaching, and regular communication to drive high engagement and exceptional performance.
     
  • Team Leadership & Development: Nurture the professional growth of team members, identify development opportunities, and foster a collaborative and supportive team dynamic.
     
  • Country Leadership Team Contribution: Actively contribute to the strategic discussions and decision-making processes of the country leadership team.
     
  • Stakeholder Management: Collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to achieve business objectives and ensure smooth operations.
     
  • Reporting & Analysis: Monitor key performance indicators, analyze results, and provide regular reports to the leadership team on progress against targets.


Required Experience

  • Work Experience: 4-5 years’ experience working in international Higher education sector or study abroad programs. 
     
  • Academic Background: Holds a bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field.
     
  • Business Management: Proven experience in managing operations within a customer-focused, international organization.
     
  • Financial Acumen: Demonstrated ability to create, manage, and analyze budgets, with a focus on achieving business objectives.
     
  • Leadership Skills: Proven track record of leading and motivating teams to deliver results.
     
  • Stakeholder Management: Exceptional ability to build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders, including students and clients.
     
  • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills to identify and resolve challenges effectively.
