JOB DESCRIPTION
What You’ll Do:
- Make outbound cold calls using a dialer system
- Qualify prospects and determine their fit for our services
- Provide empathetic, consultative support throughout the debt relief process
- Maintain accurate and timely client records and updates
- Build trust and rapport while confidently closing sales
- Engage with incoming warm leads—individuals actively seeking help with credit card debt—and guide them from consultation to conversion
What We’re Looking For:
- 4+ years of experience in sales (phone-based or inside sales strongly preferred)
- A compassionate, empathetic approach to sales and client conversations
- Strong consultative selling and active listening skills
- Ability to thrive in a high-volume, outbound calling environment
- Comfortable working Pacific Time business hours (Monday to Friday)
- Tech-savvy and organized, with solid note-taking and CRM experience
- Experience in US Markets is a strong plus.
