Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation & Prospecting:
  • Own and manage the outbound prospecting process by identifying, engaging, and qualifying leads among startups, scale ups, and digital decision-makers in corporate teams.
  • Craft Smart Outreach:
  • Go beyond generic messages. You'll open conversations with insight, research, and relevance, not a list of services. Your outreach should feel like a breath of fresh air in someones inbox.
  • ICP Analysis & Opportunity Spotting:
  • Use Ideal Customer Profiles, market trends, and behavioral data to find compelling entry points for conversation. Collaborate with leadership to refine outreach strategies and angles.
  • Lead Qualification:
  • Dive deep to understand potential clients pain points, strategic goals, and product gaps. You're not just setting up calls- you're surfacing real opportunities.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration:
  • Relay market insights to the sales, marketing, and product teams to fine-tune messaging and service offerings. Be the bridge between prospects and our internal innovation engine.

  • A basic understanding of B2B sales or a genuine interest in learning it.

  • A self-starter attitude with a hunger to learn, experiment, and grow.
  • Highly analytical & strategic you can spot a business problem from a mile away.
  • Curious, consultative, and conversational you ask the right questions and listen for clues.
  • Self-starter mindset- you take initiative and thrive in a remote-first team.
  • Familiarity with tools like Google Workspace, LinkedIn, Notion, or HubSpot.
  • Curiosity about how digital products are built and taken to market.

You Will Impress Us If:

  • You understand SaaS, product studios, or startup ecosystems.
  • You have 3+ years in sales, BD, or a similar role (but if you're a hungry young outlier, we still want to hear from you).
  • You can write clear and professional emails that grab attention.
