JOB DESCRIPTION
As a Sales Advisor based in our Sittingbourne branch you’ll be responsible for:
- Serving customers at the trade counter with product advice tailored to their needs.
- Responding promptly and professionally to phone and email enquiries
- Helping in the warehouse when needed with general warehouse duties. Forklift training will be provided.
- Proactively seeking opportunities to grow sales with both new and existing customers.
In this role you will be working 40 hours per week Monday to Friday 7.30am - 4.30pm along with Saturday mornings 8am - 12noon on a rota once trained.
And here’s what we’d like you to have:
- Dependable team player, prepared to support in all areas of the branch in this varied role.
- Customer service or sales experience would be ideal
- Experience in plumbing, heating or trade/merchant environment is a desirable – but not essential
- Great communication skills and a customer-first approach
