Qualification:
-college Degree
-Must know how to read and write English.
-Proof of experience as kitchen staff.
Experience:
1. Culinary training and experience in breakfast and intercontinental dishes .
2. Experience as a line cook or in similar kitchen roles to understand operations.
3. Menu planning skills with knowledge of ingredients, costing, and flavor profiles.
4. Kitchen management experience, including staff supervision and inventory control.
5. Strong knowledge of food safety and the ability to thrive in high-pressure environments.
