JOB DESCRIPTION


What you’ll do:

  • Collaborate closely with the sales leadership and sales partnership team to define and develop partnership frameworks that are mutually beneficial and tailored to the specific goals of each party. Ensure seamless coordination with internal cross-functional teams to guarantee commitment to execution through clear and detailed plans.
  • Work with cross-functional teams including Sales, Partnerships, Communications, Events, Product Marketing, Creative Strategy, Legal, and Compliance to effectively bring partnerships to life.
  • Collaborate with our partners’ teams to ensure alignment and clear communication in the planning and execution of the partnership activations and co-marketing initiatives.
  • Lead the creation of compelling content such as case studies, videos, and marketing collateral to amplify partnership and co-marketing efforts. This content will highlight the value of our platform to partners and help attract new partnerships.
  • Collaborate with Design, Creative, and external vendors to guide the creative execution of deliverables, ensuring timely content approval in conjunction with the Legal team.
  • Develop and implement scalable distribution plans that align with our brand positioning and those of our partners.
  • Optimize marketing initiatives and activities based on performance data, ensuring appropriate investment in successful programs, physical activations, content, and campaigns.
  • Manage all purchase orders (POs), statements of work (SOWs), budget tracking, and related administrative tasks. Ensure alignment with Legal, Policy, and Compliance teams to facilitate seamless and efficient operational execution.

Minimum Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, or communications
  • 7+ years of relevant marketing experience developing and executing innovative marketing programs and activations for a brand or product in an agency or marketing organization.
  • Travel required for events as needed

Preferred Qualifications: 

  • Proven success in domestic or international marketing roles, showcasing strong business acumen and successful execution of co-branded marketing activities.
  • A proactive marketing professional, comfortable working in dynamic environments and thriving amidst ambiguity.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams locally and globally and with external partners. 
  • Strong negotiation and assertiveness skills to ensure effective communication regardless of group size or seniority level.
  • Exceptional project and program management skills, with a focus on operational excellence and performance measurement.
  • Ability to independently initiate and drive projects to completion with limited guidance, while also excelling in a team environment. 
  • Solution-oriented mindset with a strong track record in problem-solving. 
  • Strong focus on objectives and outcomes to ensure mutually beneficial partnership. 
  • Experience guiding creative production of marketing collateral, presentations, websites, videos, and other materials. 
  • Experience in managing and executing events. 
  • A passion for Snapchat and belief in the value of creativity!
