The Federation of Canadian Municipalities (FCM) is seeking a dynamic and experienced Chief Operating Officer (COO) to lead its critical operational functions. Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO), the COO will provide strategic and operational leadership for Finance, Corporate Services, Facilities, Information Technology and Digital Transformation, and People and Culture teams.
The ultimate mandate of this role is to ensure that FCM has the people, culture, financial resources, processes, policies, and systems to fulfill commitments to members and federal partners, ensuring compliance and the highest standard of stewardship and value for money in driving for results for our members and Canadians.
